Counselling for Growing Minds
I offer counselling for children (6+) and adolescents, providing a safe, supportive space to express feelings, build resilience, and boost confidence. With experience in educational settings and as a qualified counsellor, I help young people manage challenges through short- or long-term sessions tailored to their needs.

Encouraging open communication
Choosing counselling for your child is not a sign of failure, but a step toward support. I provide a non-judgemental space to help them navigate challenges and, when appropriate, encourage open communication with you.



Sessions
These include a variety of therapies, such as:
