Walk and Talk Therapy
Clear your mind, move your body, find your path

What is Walk and Talk Therapy?
Walk and talk therapy combines traditional counselling with the benefits of being outdoors and moving. Sessions are held in natural settings like parks or trails, offering a relaxed and refreshing environment. This approach is ideal for people who find it hard to sit still or feel more at ease in nature.
How It Works
Sessions are available for clients aged 14 and up, with parental or caregiver consent if needed. A risk assessment is carried out before starting. The pace and path of each walk are guided by you, with breaks for rest or reflection whenever needed. All the same ethical and confidentiality standards as traditional therapy are maintained.

-

This approach can feel more accessible and natural for many clients.
A Flexible, Natural Alternative
Walk and talk therapy offers a unique, dynamic way to experience counselling. It blends the structure of traditional therapy with the healing effects of nature and physical activity—providing a meaningful alternative for those who prefer something outside the usual therapy room.
