How I Work

Are you feeling overwhelmed by everyday life? Struggling with anxiety, low mood, or emotional stress? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you're dealing with painful memories, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, or simply feeling stuck, counselling can help you make sense of your experiences and regain control.

A Safe, Compassionate Space

I know that opening up isn’t always easy—it takes strength and trust. As an integrative counsellor, I offer a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can talk freely and explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. My own life experiences have taught me the importance of being truly heard and understood, and I bring that empathy into every session.

Working with Helen has been a truly transformative experience. From our very first session, I felt heard, supported, and understood. She created a safe, nonjudgmental space where I could explore my thoughts and emotions openly.
