Clinical Supervision
Deepening insight and confidence in your therapeutic work

What is Clinical Supervision?
Clinical supervision is a supportive space where professionals can reflect on their work, gain feedback, and grow in confidence and skill. It’s designed to enhance practice, reduce burnout, and promote ethical, effective care. Whether you're a counsellor, trainee, or a professional in health, care, or education, supervision helps maintain your well-being and supports the people you work with.
My Approach
As a qualified supervisor with years of counselling experience, I take an integrative approach, combining Person-Centred Therapy with CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and early attachment theories. I work flexibly based on your needs and client group, creating a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges, reflect on your work, and support your professional development.

Supervision Models
I draw on two main models to guide our work together:

-
Seven-Eyed Model (Hawkins & Shohet): Focuses on relationships and processes in therapy and supervision.
-
Integrated Developmental Model (IDM): Supports supervisees’ growth at different experience levels, focusing on awareness, autonomy, and motivation.
These models help structure supervision while allowing room for adaptability and personalisation.
Getting Started
I offer supervision for individuals and groups, either online or in person. Sessions are arranged flexibly to suit your needs and ethical guidelines. To help you decide if I’m the right fit, I offer a free 15-minute discovery call. This is a relaxed chance to meet, ask questions, and discuss what you’re looking for in supervision.
